Mobile Application
Daily Sales Record App
Client: Daily Sales Record App
Services Provided
Mobile App Development
Our client is focused on a small business and retail segment, and envisioned a mobile-first solution that makes it easier for small business owners to keep track of sales, send invoices, and manage customers, especially those who don't have any technical knowledge. Their target audience relied heavily on old desktop software or paper logs, which made them less productive, flexible, and able to grow.
The goal was to replace those old manual systems with a modern, user -friendly, business-grade solution.
Business Goals:
The company needed an app that was user friendly, scalable and could grow with the business allowing users to:
Keep track of unlimited sales
Make professional invoices with your own branding.
Keep track of products, customers, and performance analytics.
Work offline with cloud syncing for registered users.
Support a wide range of devices and business needs.
Challenges:
We had to deal with a number of real-world problems to make this vision a reality:
Digital reluctance: Many users were used to systems that were manual or on a desktop.
Multi-device support: It was important to be able to sync data without mandatory registration.
Real-time performance reporting: All in one place, across multiple timeframes (from daily to yearly summaries).
Custom invoice generation: With business logos and multiple template options.
Multilingual and currency support: For an audience around the globe.
All-in-one simplicity: CRM, POS, and analytics; all in a clean UI.
These weren't just technical problems; they were "usability puzzles" that needed a lot of understanding of the end user.
